Is your neighborhood 'Walkable'?
How Walkable is Your Neighborhood?
The internet is filled with fun little tools - and here's one to help you decipher how "walkable" your neighborhood is. All you do is enter your address, and Walk Score takes into account the number of grocery stores, schools, restaurants, coffee shops, libraries, parks, and more within walking distance of your home.

Neighborhood Watch
Neighborhood Watch is one of the most
effective ways to prevent and reduce crime,
address home and personal security, and reduce
fear and isolation. Neighborhood Watch
encourages neighbors to know each other and
watch out for each other. A good neighbor is a
highly effective crime prevention tool. Watch
groups create a sense of community and pride by
becoming unified in their desire to have a safe
and healthy neighborhood.
